The first virtual museum about the land where bees live is placed in a correlated way in real and virtual space!

One of the most interesting modern forms of preservation and popularization of the cultural masterpieces of mankind are virtual reconstructions, museums and exhibitions. The advantage of such forms is both openness and accessibility, as well as the possibility of access in a closed format for specialists from anywhere in the world. In the virtual museum space, it is possible to get acquainted with the elements included in the National List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO, Belarus, the winning elements of the "living treasure" competition held by the PUSHCHAN HERITAGE in order to identify new objects, support the honorary masters of the heritage and its creators, keepers, visit the exhibition -sale and purchase a unique exhibit, having received it by mail. The exposition of the museum contains photo, video, audio, text and graphic materials with illustrations. A meaningful description story has been added for each element, which highlights general characteristics, tells about its history, place of origin and location, its carriers, traditions, revival, conservation and popularization measures. The exhibits are equipped with QR codes that connect them with information resources in the virtual space, and are also involved in a special system based on the blockchain technology, designed specifically to develop the PUSHCHAN HERITAGE economy and maintain the preservation of beekeeping practices while providing an accessible environment for network members. One of the sections of the museum offers educational excursions, as well as lessons and entertainment: puzzles, crosswords, coloring books that will be useful for teachers and beginners who are interested in one or another area of art related to beekeeping and bees.

A living museum to preserve heritage and develop a green economy, to build the capacity of a special region of Belarus and heritage areas

Closed from the outside world by a special landscape relief and swamps for more than a thousand years, Divin, a compact community of Poleshuks in the Pushcha province in southwestern Belarus, has become the first living museum in Belarus based on experience from China.
In order to preserve the local cultural heritage, the Chinese government organizes the construction of so-called eco-museums, applying best practices, in particular the experience of Norway. Using the experience of China, it became possible to create the first museum of living treasures in relation to the Heritage of Beekeeping and bees in Belarus.
Living in a relatively isolated environment, the descendants of the Poleshuks have well preserved their traditions and customs for hundreds and even thousands of years, especially the tradition of beekeeping and beekeeping, recognized as a world living heritage by UNESCO. It is important to preserve this heritage and the treasures of ancient knowledge, not only for the viability of the future generation, but also for the sake of the idea of developing a green economy and the competitiveness of rare regions with their potential for traditional authentic products and services. Capacity building is possible through the creation of living museum complexes.
