Wildflower Honey Reserve Puscha’s Forest River, Springs and Lake Valley
As the seasons change, the flavours of different native Belarus forest flowers can be found in our floral range. Our Floral honeys boast a delicious variety of flavours including rich and golden as: Sarmatian censer, st. John's wort blue, white and red and pink clover, woad, lofant, motherwort, cyanosis, derbennik, hyssop, mordovnik, sylphia, melissa, goat's rue, phacelia, valley and forest sage, african sage, cumin, absinthe, cinquefoil, betonica, forest orchid, thyme, oregano, meadowsweet, fireweed, blueberries, lingonberries, cranberries, cloudberries, mountain ash, hawthorn, linden, beech, oak, buckthorn, marsh myrtle, blackthorn, wild pear and apple tree, raspberries, strawberry’s, madreselva, bardana, cardo de siembra, angélica, heather brezo, scorpion grasses, and other species including rare ones from the red book. However, we determine the exact composition in the laboratory. The reason is that the bees themselves decide what kind of honey to collect and make the composition, it is very difficult to force them to collect honey of just a certain bouquet, they always resist! We consider it unethical to interfere with their honey collection and the decision “what kind of honey will be in our hive”!
Biodiversity friendly positive honey, proudly made in Belarus.
